Volume Design Valgusreklaamid, one of the leading manufacturers of illuminated advertisements in the Baltics, opened a new production unit in Loomäe tee, nearby Tallinn in Estonia in 2020, where a fully equipped gym was already planned during the design process. The total area of the room was calculated to be 36 m2. At first glance, it may seem that not too much floor space, but with a skillful planning and conscious choice of equipment, a compact gym is guaranteed, where both beginners and advanced users can train.The original idea indicated the fitness room as a place where the employee would like to go and where they feel good. The gym had to be equally functional and look stylish (the colors of the equipment match the company's corporate colors, etc.). Include ergonomic and modern cardio machines, plate loaded machines, a squat rack, various free weights and various stretching options — while there had to be enough "air". Seems impossible ...? Having equipped more than 400 gyms during 20+ years of operation (incl. Re.Formatas, Lemon Gym, Golden Club, People Fitness, etc.), we were convinced that we will find the best solution here as well!
