This exercises more and deeper muscles compared to performing the same exercises without Balance Pad Elite. The control functions of the brain are activated and the receptors in the joint and fascia area are stimulated more strongly.
Non-aggressive liquid products with no more than 5 % alcohol must be used for cleaning and disinfecting the product. If products with a higher alcohol content are used, the surface should be wiped afterwards with a damp cloth.
