The WaterPower Ring is yet another innovative product in the WaterPower range.
The ring is perfect for all swing-action exercises at every level working the front, side and back muscles.
The inertial mass, i.e. the water, inside the ring enacts greater forces on the entire stabilising structure of the arm joints and arm muscles and therefore on the trunk.
